From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leaders in Spray Painting
Spray painting has always been in my blood. From a young age, I was surrounded by the sound of compressors and the smell of fresh paint as my dad restored classic cars in the garage. Watching him work, I picked up the fundamentals early—patience, precision, and an eye for detail. Over the years, my skills expanded, experimenting with different paints, techniques, and applications. My first paid job? A composite front door at a friend’s house, a simple but rewarding start.
Like many tradespeople, we started small, focusing on residential spray painting, from kitchens to UPVC doors and windows. The business quickly gained traction, and as word spread, so did the size of our projects. Before long, commercial enquiries started rolling in, and we took on our first larger-scale job. The transition felt natural. The scale, the challenge, the impact, we were hooked.

Making the Move to Large-Scale Commercial Work
Our first major commercial project was The Barbican Art Gallery. We were tasked with spraying the ceilings black for an upcoming exhibition—something totally different from what we’d done before. But it wasn’t just about the job itself. Working alongside talented teams, collaborating with professionals from different trades, and contributing to something bigger than ourselves—we realised this was where we wanted to be.
From there, we doubled down on commercial spray painting. We invested in top-tier equipment, developed our expertise further, and pushed our marketing in a new direction. We secured industry accreditations like CHAS, Constructionline, CITB SSSTS and SMSTS, IPAF, CSCS, and SSIP, solidifying our credibility and ability to work on larger, more complex projects.
