Preparation and Process

‍Our meticulous preparation is the cornerstone of our exceptional finish. We began this project with an intensive clean down, ensuring the surfaces were free from dirt and debris. Our team's attention then turned to the render, where we carefully filled and sanded any holes and cracks. This crucial step was not only about repairing damage but also about creating a smooth, uniform surface that would make the render look as good as new. We applied the same level of detail to the priming and masking processes, setting the stage for a painting job that would not only look stunning but also stand the test of time.

The Transformation

‍The main feature of this project was the painting of the home's five UPVC windows. We chose a subtle light grey tone that beautifully complements the home's overall aesthetic. The soffit, facias, and the apex were also given new life with the same light grey, creating a cohesive look.

For a striking contrast, we painted the render and the garden wall in a darker shade of grey. This choice not only added depth to the property's appearance but also accentuated the architectural details, making the home stand out in its neighbourhood.
